more convenient. We take hygiene very seriously and provide for a save workplace in even demanding situations such as labs and medical offices.
- What is covered under this Warranty?
This warranty covers all electronic and solid state parts, as well as the motor, gear box and electrical circuits.
- How long does the coverage last?
The warranty is valid for one year, starting from the day the product was purchased.
- What can you expect from the Nine Stars Warranty?
Nine Stars will fix or replace any defective or malfunctioning lid. Customer is responsible for returning the defective or malfunctioning lid (entire top unit of the Trash Can) to Nine Stars. The
customer is also responsible for shipping charges to return the product. Nine Stars will pay for shipping charges back to the customer if the lid is covered under the warranty program as
outlined.
- What is NOT covered under the Warranty?
Battery caps, liner rings, inner bucket, or any problems with the automatic lid caused by abuse, misuse, or natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, and fires) are not covered. Warranty is
voided if any attempts were made, by anyone other than Nine Stars, that resulted in damage to the automatic lid or any other part of the can.
- How do I activate my Warranty?
In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you must return the warranty registration card attached with a proof of purchase (such as a copy of original sales receipt) within 30 days of
purchase. We suggest you keep a copy of both warranty and proof of purchase handy, when you call for warranty service.
- Nine Stars Warranty and the Law?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights; your rights may vary from state to state.
